YP Nashville is a partnership initiative of the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce and young professional organizations working to engage, connect and empower young professionals to actively shape the future of the Nashville region.

The goal of YP Nashville is to connect young professionals to diverse opportunities for networking, professional development and community involvement. YPNashville.org is the place for young professionals who want to get involved and make a difference in their companies and our community. Scott Meltzer, Director of Talent Solutions, Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce

Scott Meltzer serves as Director of Talent Solutions at the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce, building talent pipelines between secondary and postsecondary institutions and regional employers that guide high school students and adults into high-growth careers and manages Leadership Public Education and YP Nashville. Most recently, Scott served as Director of Community Partnerships at Notley, a social impact fund founded by Dan Graham, founder of BuildaSign, and his wife, Lisa, that serves the community as a catalyst for social innovation with businesses, nonprofits and philanthropic initiatives, such as Philanthropitch, an annual fast-pitch event empowering nonprofits with the coaching and capital to implement sustainable and revenue-generating models. He now serves on the Philanthropitch Advisory Board. Previously, Scott was an Impact Manager, Chief of Staff, and then Managing Director of Philanthropy at City Year. Prior to his return to City Year, Scott was Managing Director of Key Ideas, an Emmy-winning storytelling firm, and Deputy Director of The 80/20 Foundation, managing philanthropic investments and strategic partnerships in technology education, entrepreneurship, and urban lifestyle options for the private foundation of Graham Weston, Co-founder and former Chairman of Rackspace Hosting.

As an AmeriCorps alumnus and first-generation college graduate, his passion for helping high-potential students and schools succeed have fueled his experience with private-public sector education partnerships, school turnaround models, and venture philanthropy. Scott was a 2015 candidate for the San Antonio Independent School District Board of Trustees, endorsed by the San Antonio Express-News editorial board.

Scott earned a B.A. in Sociology from Centre College and M.A. in Educational Leadership from St. Mary's University.
