It is a great way to get your name into new/different circles in the community. You join the best of the best from all industries in town, which is a great way to meet great people and share best practices.

Of course if you win, the experience is so rewarding and offers even further accolades and doors for networking opportunities.

What did it mean to you to receive a NELA?
Receiving a NELA was awesome. It was a wonderful feeling to know that you were chosen as winner. In addition, it is humbling to be in competition with such top-notch talent.

I felt very appreciative and humbled to be recognized, especially when I considered the talents and contributions of the other nominees.
