Founded in 2008, the Horizon Society of Family & Children's Service (FCS) is an active group of community-minded, young adults committed to supporting the FCS mission of helping individuals, children, and families achieve self-sufficiency, family preservation, and emotional well-being. At the Crisis Call Center, in the schools, or in counseling sessions at FCS offices, this organization is providing "real help for real hurt" to over 34,000 people here in our community each year.
