The Sennet Society was developed to involve young leaders and professionals as donors and volunteers in United Way of Metropolitan Nashville.
Membership in the Sennet Society (meaning "a call to arms") offers individuals the opportunity to become involved in their community through United Way. Sennet members can participate by serving on a committee, attending a volunteer project, and/or leadership development and networking events.
Those who wish to join the Sennet Society should be committed to the future of our community through United Way by encouraging volunteerism, education of peers about United Way, and improvement of the quality of life for all people in the Nashville area. Individuals (or couples) aged 45 and younger who give any annual leadership-level gift ($500+) to United Way are welcome and encouraged to join the Sennet Society.
Sennet Society Mission: To engage the capacities of young leaders in addressing the health and human service needs of the community through involvement and leadership in United Way.
