The Nashville Junior Chamber (NJC) is the oldest organization for young professionals in the Nashville area. Founded in 1921, the central purpose of the NJC is to develop our members, both personally and professionally, while giving back to the Nashville community. Comprised of almost 300 professionals representing 180 companies in 90 different industries, the NJC offers a host of activities and events in three key areas: Professional Development, including monthly Lunch & Learns and Leadership Development programs; Networking, including monthly mixers; and Philanthropy, including Clinic Bowl, Special Olympics and a number of other charitable events. At the NJC we connect young professional careers with our community.
